Jarred Weisfeld started his career as a Production Assistant for Vh1, where he pitched and sold a show to rap sensation Ol Dirty Bastard and subsequently became ODB’s manager. From there he created and produced television shows for Vh1, MTV, Spike TV and Nickelodeon. Upon launching his distribution company 845 Entertainment, he executive produced records for Bizzy Bone, Bone Crusher, Trina, Trick Daddy, Lil’ J, Choppa, 3-D, and Pastor Troy.

A graduate of The University of Wisconsin, Ian Kleinert has worked as a Talent Manager for intellectual properties since 1994 at the William Morris Agency, The Literary Group International and The Fifi Oscard Agency prior to launching Objective.

Brendan Deneen - Brendan@objectiveent.com
Brendan Deneen has been working in the publishing and feature film/television industries for the past eight years. He began his career as an Assistant Literary Agent at the William Morris Agency in New York City, and went on from there to be an executive for acclaimed producer Scott Rudin. After two years with Rudin, Brendan accepted an executive position at Dimension Films, which segued into a position with Miramax Films as well as The Weinstein Company. In July 2007, Deneen left the Weinstein Company/Dimension Films and joined Objective Entertainment, representing novelists and screenwriters for publishing & film/television, as well as producing select feature film and television projects.

She is most interested in commercial fiction (women’s fiction, lad lit, thrillers, mysteries, young adult, urban fiction and multicultural books), narrative non-fiction, pop culture, current events, lifestyle books and graphic novels.
